The Tilly Mini Skirt is super playful, featuring delicate polka dots. Designed to sit low on the hips and flatter, this mini skirt is cut with a soft cross over detail that contours across the hips, creating a subtle v-shape. The skirt is slightly a line, skimming over the thighs.
